Tulip Flash Point
Look
Tulips are so-called lily plants that originally came to us from the Orient. Varieties like "Flash Point" have a unique charm that, in combination with the classic tulip elements, creates a very special aesthetic. A special feature of this variety are the flowers: they are double and bloom very early in a splendid pink color.
Design tips
With the “Flash Point” you can create beautiful, feminine accents. It doesn't matter whether in an arrangement with other tulips or just on its own - in both cases the tulip should stay to itself. For a more loving ensemble, such as for Valentine's Day, other shades of red and pink can be mixed in. For Easter or to lift your spirits, however, the “Flash Point” can be arranged with all the other colors in which tulips bloom. Traditional accessories, however, include blueberry herbs, sala, pistachio or birch branches.
CareCut the stem straight with a knife, as the water absorption capacity of tulips is naturally very high and otherwise they would grow back too quickly. Fill the water container up to a maximum of a third and check it daily, preferably in the morning and evening, and refill it if necessary. It is best to cut off all leaves except for the last bract, but especially the lower part. Avoid proximity to radiators, drafts and strong sunlight. Glass vases not only complement the aesthetics: their shape influences the bending behavior of the individual stems.
