General information about the wire bush

The wire bush, also called wire wine or Mühlenbeckie, is a real all-rounder because it is very easy to care for and can be used in a variety of ways thanks to its interesting growth. Although the flower is a very inconspicuous white, the creeping plant brings lush green in the form of delicate, small leaves to the garden, balcony or interior. The possible uses include:

• Bed edging in the garden for a continuous green strip
• Ground cover for walls and low-maintenance garden areas or green walls
• accentuated individual plant, e.g. in the rock garden
• Structural plant in combination with flowering plants in a pot on the terrace or balcony
• indoors, e.g. on the windowsill in combination or as a single plant

Originating in Australia, New Zealand and South America, the wire bush thrives in an airy and bright location. Partial shade is tolerated better than the full midday sun.
