Tulips Strong Gold

The tulips are tied into a beautiful bouquet with greenery.

The bright yellow tulip "Strong Gold" ensures a pleasant spring awakening and drives the cold season away from the house. Their bright yellow brightens up any arrangement and is an absolute must.

Look

Tulips are lily plants with a long history of cultivation and have been used in floristry for centuries to mark the arrival of spring. Their countless varieties and colors decorate the floristic landscape like no other cut flower. The "Strong Gold" tulip is a popular triumph tulip with a strong stem and elegant flower head. With its fresh and intensely bright yellow, this tulip, which is at least 30 cm long, can be very impressive in a bouquet.

Design tips

The “Strong Gold” tulip can be used for many different occasions. Whether for Easter brunch, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays or to revive your own spring feelings. Tulips look great on their own in a vase. But they can also be tied with other spring flowers to form a beautiful, colorful bouquet. Color compositions are all possible in spring. A popular green feature to loosen things up is, for example, blueberry herb. A leaf cuff, on the other hand, is obtained with salal.

CareCut the stem straight with a knife, as the water absorption capacity of tulips is naturally very high and otherwise they would grow back too quickly. Fill the water container up to a maximum of a third and check it daily, preferably in the morning and evening, and refill it if necessary. It is best to cut off all leaves except for the last bract, but especially the lower part. Avoid proximity to radiators, drafts and strong sunlight. Glass vases not only complement the aesthetics: their shape influences the bending behavior of the individual stems.
